Only a couple of times during the cruise and definitely weather dependent.  They will open one up near the pool on selected sea days if your cruise takes you to warmer climes.  The daily information sheet will alert you to it.

Hi, Sorry to disappoint you but no dedicated ice cream bar on Black Watch. The only speciality is the coffee shop and of course the Black Watch grill. Such a pity, I'm sure that there would be a demand if one was to be installed and noticing the lack of trade on the gaming tables I would think that the space allocated to the casino could be used better.

I think they seem obliged to have gaming tables to prove they cater for an adult clientele.  😴 They seem to be used very rarely although business was better on my recent cruise.  I don't like them very much.

The dedicated ice cream bar on Balmoral did not do much business on our last cruise, the same with the smoothie station.  I think a lot of peeople are reluctant to pay for extras when they have already paid such a lot for the cruise.
