No Show at the Pier Refund

I received an offer for a complimentary cruise via Casino Royal, last January, and booked a short December Bahama cruise.  When the KSF promo came up in February, added my 10 year old granddaughter for $81.00.   She was doing very well in school (A's and a few B's), and neither of her parents had a problem with me taking her out of school for a couple of days.  She is now in a Charter Magnet school, which is much more difficult, and is struggling.  If her grades don't come up, she will not be able to go on the cruise (which I fully support).  We won't know until just before the cruise, after her final tests for this grading period.  Therefore, I don't want to cancel ahead of time.  If she is a no show at the pier, will they credit the port charges back to my RC VISA (which I used in purchasing), my husband's CC (which will be paying for onboard charges), or, put on our onboard account as OBC?  TIA
