We were in St. Lucia on October 18, 2018.  We arranged a city tour with Cosol Tours and the experience was amazing!  Our guide was Baptist and he met us as soon as we left the ship.  There was a large group and he greeted each of us and learned a little about us while we waited. This tour was amazing!  Refreshments were offered at almost every stop.  We had breakfast and a lunch/snack of bread and cheese.  We had a great tour of the island, snorkeled beneath the Pitons, enjoyed the mud bath, and visited a waterfall.  I highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants a great tour of St. Lucia!

We were with Cosol Tours and Baptist on Sept. 19th...Such an amazing tour....and Baptist was just wonderful...so lucky to have had him as our guide...It was just the luck of the draw...Cosol had 3 buses that tour day! And the ladies serving breakfast and the later snack again at the same stop couldn't have been more memorable..as was the lady and gentleman driving the truck that served drinks at the stops....And how about that jet boat ride to Sugar Beach !! Cosol Tours was definitely one tour to remember and repeat on our next trip to St Lucia.

We wore our swimsuits under shorts and a top; a swim cover-up would work too.  If you are not planning to swim or do the mud baths then just shorts and a top is fine.  You will get very muddy (of course!) in the mud baths, so don't wear very light colored or your best swim wear.

There weren't any very good options for changing.  If you go into the waterfall, that will help with washing the mud off, but we all found areas of mud for quite a while!
