We are flying to Barbados in January and wonder if anyone knows what films will be showing.

What extra do you get in Premium and at what extra cost?

We only ever go premium but it is expensive and I can understand why some feel it's not worth it. Main features, executive lounge, extra luggage, better food and drinks and most importantly for us more room with two seats together for a peaceful journey home. Lots of other little add ons which IMO makes a good start and end to the holiday.
