What is so special about Tisa's Barefoot Bar in Samoa?

I have seen a number of posts over the past 5 years about Tisa's and the consensus is it is not to be missed.  Some of the older posts mentioned a $65 price, but never said what it included.  Well, the only thing I can find today is "Tisa’s Magical Paradise Tour" for US $225 per person.  This seems to be very expensive for what you get.  What am I missing or why is it worth it? Are there less expensive options at Tisa's which include the beach and food??

IMHO.  Once you review the very short list of things to do in American Somoa.....it begins to sound better.  The other big attraction is McDonalds but even they shut down the WiFi when ships are in port.
