Confused about included air

We are considering trying Oceania.  I have seen in many posts off-hand comments about O including airfare or providing an air credit if you make your own air arrangements.  Yet I can find no mention of this on their website.  Is this no longer the case, is it an occasional special, or what?  Can someone please un-confuse me?

If you book an Oceania Cruise without specification, the default position will be that Air is included in your price.

When pricing that same cruise without Airfare, the price will decrease, the difference in cost reflects the "air allowance", for that cruise. 

The same is true for some onboard amenities known collectively as "O-Life Benefits"; the cruise may be priced with and without them, depending on your preference.

it  may depend on the Country you are booking in also

Usually the air is included  for North Americans

it  is included on some cruises for UK residents  & recently I think for Australia

Do an online fake booking. When as asked if airfare is required, reply no. A pricing will appear on the ledger. This will be the cruise price with O Life benefits minus airfare.

keep in mind  the OP has Costa Rica  as  their place of residence  so they may not be able to book through the US office
