If you like sarcasm, underlying puns, dry humor, cruising, pineapples, unicorns, dogs,  dullness, food, crashing coastal kitchen, flip flops on formal night and booze you've come to the right place. If not, well sail along with me anyways, I like everyone.  If you like a lot of food you're also in luck as my cruising friends and I will once again be taking advantage of the Ultimate Dining package. The booze will be flowing freely in the Diamond Lounge and Casino Royale to keep me alcoholed up enough. This will be another cruise without the alcohol package. Whatever will I do without my espresso martini and other fine martinis from the Champaign Bar this cruise?

 

 

 

If you're wanting main dining room and Windjammer experiences, its slim to none that I will be experiencing those venues.

Good Day Cruise Friends...

 

A few weeks ago when I was aboard the Harmony of the Seas I had a nice virtual balcony...

 

 

This cruise I had originally booked a boardwalk balcony on deck 11. Room 11-11715 to be exact...then whilst I was on Harmony I received this email...So the person who got my room once I upgraded, you're welcome...

 

 

 

About 40 days out I got the call to make the upgrade for $150 for an ocean view balcony if I still desired. That upgrade was made, so onward from my fake ocean view balcony to my real ocean view balcony. My new ocean view balcony is on deck 9, midship... This will be a nice change, I've not had an ocean view balcony since a few cruises back on Brilliance of the Seas.

 

 

It's possible our pal Andy may tag along...

Couple days left of work before the vacation begins. Saturday I'll venture over to Orlando and pick up part of our group at the airport, then make our way over to Port Canaveral to our pre-cruise hotel.

 

Get that OOO Oasis face on.. its almost that time...

Finished up some more packing, don't want to leave anything behind...

 

 

 

My pictures came out so well on the Harmony a few weeks ago, I've decided to use my Kodak again.... Nothing but the best for all of you...

 

 

Some photos may have a slight delay as I wait for the film to be developed, but have no fear I go to the best print shop around...

 

 

Your friendly tip of the day...

 

 

 

Remember unless you go on a cruise, you'll never have 5 minutes to yourself. If you're on the fence about going on the cruise, make that plunge, just do it!

 

 

And if you think you're having a bad day, just remember this could be you...

 

 

For good measure I decided to bring my Roatan Pineapple along with me for good luck, maybe I'll meet my future ex-wife...

The sea is calling our name and its time to recharge...

 

 

Pre-check in with the sea pass had me pick a time, earliest time was 11:30-3:30. Really? who actually goes during a scheduled time?

 

 

 

Just in case anyone was wondering...

 

 

The towel animals and towels that sun themselves on the chairs by the pool are all ready for another cruise! Hope all the towels sunning themselves have enough sun block this cruise...

 

 

Virtually cruising along this week will help get you out of presentations like this...Thin mint cookie hung on your cabin door though could be the new Pineapple or Unicorn, you decide...

One of the negative parts of cruising is leaving your furry friends behind, kids its ok to leave behind, but pets are tough. Sometimes you just have to bring them along with you...From a few cruises ago on Harmony of the Seas part one, when my dogs sailed along with us...

I'll be on the ship on Sunday, so will be interesting to see how it is. I did put Chrome on my iPhone so that has basically taken the place of the tapatalk ap. I've been using that the past couple weeks and it seems to be an alright replacement.

 

And my pictures I post are via 3rd party, I use photobucket.

I am to lazy to use a 3rd party.  Direct seems fine for my needs

As long as the internet connection is good and Photobucket isn't down its usually not to bad, but it surely does have its moments. Plus all my old "Live's" are on photobucket with the exception of my very first one on Monarch of the seas, so its kinda all I know at the moment.🙂

I use Shutterfly for all kinds of projects, I just dont use it to do CC posts. Just seems like an extra step. Like I said, lazy

It can get complex for sure. Copying the wrong url for a picture for which you’re writing about can and has happened. 😀

Mr Fun - Question about UDP - do you make your reservations as soon as you board or wait until you get in your cabin and see what they've assigned you for the first night and then go make changes?  Also, where is the best place to make/change your reservations?  Any specialty restaurant? Or somewhere else?  ( I realize you may be travelling and not see this - if so, I'll figure it out on my own.)
