I'm going  on Royal Caribbean Canada/New England cruise at the end of Sept 2019.  My wife & I want to go on a whale watching excursion.  We figure the whale watching excursions will fill up fast & want to book it early.  The ports are Boston, Portland, Bar Harbor, Halifax, & St. Johns.  Which port offers the best whale watching?  Thanks in advance.
