ilovetotravel1977 Posted November 9, 2018 #1 Share Posted November 9, 2018 I keep checking the website for late April / May 2020 Caribbean cruises out of Port Canaveral. When does NCL typically release its summer cruises? Or does NCL even home port any ships in P.C. to Caribbean for the summer? We typically cruise out of Miami, but we are hoping to combine a land & sea vacation next time.
Rare All-ready2cruise Posted November 9, 2018 #2 Share Posted November 9, 2018 (edited) Pretty unlikely that there will be any cruises out of PC. Breakaway is out of Miami to the Caribbean, that's about all I'd expect. Hurricane season starts in June so not many ships choose to sail with that expectation in play. Sorry, should mention Sky as well, I never look at the shorter cruises, but again it's out of Miami. LrgPizza Posted November 9, 2018 #3 Share Posted November 9, 2018 (edited) We already have Breakaway booked for summer 2020. It's the same in 2019. That is the only NCL ship that sails the Caribbean (other than the quick 3 nighters), and it departs from Miami. I am assuming they are continuing this trend of only having one ship in the Caribbean during the summer months. Your best bet will be to check out other cruise lines. NCL is more focused on Bermuda and Alaska during summer, and the Caribbean is neglected. Edited November 9, 2018 by LrgPizza
