Specialty coffee on the Brilliance

Where can I get specialty coffee at like 6am? Does the Brilliance have a cafe promenade like the big ships?

The Brilliance has a coffee bar called Cafe Latte-tudes.  I'm not sure what time they open in the mornings, but that will be on the daily cruise compass.  I actually haven't tried as early as 6am, but I'm sure they're open by 7am.  Maybe someone else will have a definitive answer about the earliest opening time.

On my early morning wanderings on my two RCI ships, Harmony and Liberty,  there was a worker in the cafe by 6. Sometimes earlier. Nice quiet time too. Love it. 

Sorry I have no info on Brilliance so this is probably useless info for you.

Cafe Late'tudes deck 5 Centrum. Tended to be very busy. Not sure what time it opens, but closes about 10.

A quick glance at a Brilliance compass posted on another site from an October sailing showed them opening up at 630am.

Yes, I've seen soy and almond.
