Passenger name change and beverage package

My daughter and her currently named roomate will both be 21 on our upcoming cruise.  I wanted to go ahead and get beverage package.  If my daughter ends up changing her roommate to someone under 21 do they just automatically change that person to the refreshment package or would both people lose the beverage package and then have to rebook it?

Interesting question. I would guess, but just a guess, a Refreshment package. Let us know.

Nothing would be automatic.  When you cancel a passenger, everything attached to that name is cancelled/refunded.  It is hard to predict if they would then even look at your daughter's reservation. 

 

So the deluxe beverage package would be cancelled.  If you WANT the new cruiser to have the refreshment package, you would have to actively book that.  If you are doing it just so that your daughter can have the deluxe package, just wait it out and see what happens.
