Long dresses on Marella Explorer?!

Recommended Posts

Hi

We're off on a B2B on 16 December round the Caribbean.  We've done loads of cruises on other lines but first on Tui.  Do women wear long dresses on the 'dress to impress' nights?  Don't want to look out of place and we won't be onboard on NYE.

Thanks.

On Explorer in October we found the men didn't  bother too much but the ladies wore a mixture of long dresses, cocktail dresses, trousers and smart tops. However as your cruise covers Christmas I would guess people will wear smart clothes. Enjoy!

Just back from a repositioning cruise on discovery 2 and we had 2 dress to impress nights.  Most men wore dinner jackets or suit and tie.  Ladies were dressed to the nine's!  On both nights.  People with special celebrations used their suits and dresses on ordinary nights too.
