What port has the best kayaking excursion?

I'm a little overwhelmed with all the choices. I am wanting to do a kayak tour in Icy Straight Point, Sitka, or Ketchikan. Does anyone have any advice for which port to do this activity? I will be visiting Juneau and Skagway, but I am doing a heli/dogsledding tour in Skagway and want to keep my time open in Juneau in case the tour is canceled in Skagway.

We did the Ketchikan Kayak Company Eco Tour last September and had a great time.  There were five of us plus the guide, so we were in three kayaks.  The guide basically gave us choices as to what to do and let us set the pace, and even offered to drop us off at different locations after the tour.  The up close and personal sea lions were the most remarkable part of the tour for us.  But whatever you do anywhere that gets you on the water, it will be remarkable.
