We are planning a river cruise next year and leave from Amsterdam.  We need to get a shuttle

to take us from the airport to the hotel and to the river cruise ship the next day.

Does anyone have any info on shuttles that provide this service?

Thank you.

Welcome to Cruise Critic and river cruising.  We did this same route in May. Our hotel didn't offer a shuttle service so we went downstairs to the train station and took the 20 minute train ride into Amsterdam Central Station. From there our taxi ride to the hotel was 5 euros. We had been quoted 60 euros for the taxi from the airport. Ouch!  Perhaps other CC contributors can add to this.

BTW: We found it very simple to use the kiosk for the ticket and followed clear direction down to the train. All signs are in English and Dutch. We were then directed to the right platform and off we went. We were a bit concerned given the usual jet lag after arriving from Canada but we had no problem. It's an alternate in case your hotel doesn't offer shuttle or you don't want to spend big on taxi or limo service.

Taxi from hotel to ship was about 10 euro I think but make sure you have the exact location of the ship;  I called the ship just before we left the hotel and then gave our taxi driver the written address. He found it no problem. There are quite a few ships docked so we didn't want to spend time driving up and down the dock area. LOL.

Safe travels.

We had a group of 14 travel from JFK to Amsterdam last month, we did not want to hump our luggage on the train so we opted to hire a car service. We used Rudy's taxi service, they met us with a sign in the airport, they had 2 vans and took us to our hotel in Dam Square. Our flight arrived early and they check the flights for early arrivals and delays too. It was a little more than public transportation but landing at 5:30 AM it was well worth it, we took public transportation from Dam Square to Central Station and walked to our Viking ship

We always take the train - it is fast & easy. The train station is located beneath the terminal - follow the signs to the escalator or elevator. Journey from Schiphol to AMS Centraal Station takes less than 15 minutes. From AMS Centraal it is a short walk to the ships or you can catch a tram or taxi to your hotel if it is located some distance from the station. AMS is a very walkable city and is easy to navigate.
