hawkopd025 Posted December 11, 2018 #1 Share Posted December 11, 2018 I have seen this topic several times before. I was just wondering what song you would start a cruise with? I think I have found the perfect song to sail away with, pull up u tube and search Fantastic Voyage by Lakeside, I think this funk song would be perfect to sail away with. Just say'n. Listen and say what you think.

That is a very cool approach. It is kind of fun to make travel based on songs, movies, books, etc. We did Salzburg with good friends who were Sound of Music aficionados. It was a hoot. On one of our trips to Rome we used "Angels & Demons" as our guidebook.

I would also add some old school funk such as Earth, Wind and Fire, Parliament, Ohio Players, Gap Band, etc. Edited December 25, 2019 by Bookish Angel
