Sorry to ask about cabins but...

Hi everyone,

My husband and I are debating whether a Junior Suite is worth the extra $600 per person over a spacious ocean view room with balcony.  Any help is appreciated!

Personally I wouldn't do it.  You get double points and a tub/shower combo but that's about it.  No full suite benefits.

A JS is worth $50 a night extra over a Ocean Balcony to us......

Hi!  The ship is Serenade of the Seas.  It is Pacific Coast, in May of 2020.  Seven nights.

That is a very unique type of cruise, not done very often on a ship with a low number (compared to larger ships) of JS staterooms.

It would probably be worth $600 total for us to upgrade from a balcony to a JS on that cruise.

I want to thank everyone again for your thoughts and opinions on this topic.  We just booked the cruise and we are both quite excited!  We decided on the larger veranda room rather than the JS.  We love Celebrity, but Royal had a much better itinerary for 2020 Pacific Coastal.
