leith Posted December 18, 2018 #1 Share Posted December 18, 2018 I am having trouble searching this forum and the Royal site. So I apologize that I can't find this on my own. We leave Sunday on FOS and I have a 12 yo, 17 yo and 19yo with us. What are the kids club options, obviously for the 12yo and 17yo. I am mostly wanting to understand if the 12yo has freedom to come and go? Thank you!!
Ken at the beach Posted December 18, 2018 #2 Share Posted December 18, 2018 The 12 YO will be able to come and go as they please. The teen program is very unstructured.
cb at sea Posted December 18, 2018 #3 Share Posted December 18, 2018 The 17 year old will probably just meet other teens, and they will "do their own thing", for the most part. Few older teens actually participate in organized activities....they sort of organize themselves. All kids over 9 are allowed to sign in and out on their own. But most kids in that age group do enjoy the club activities.

If you are going to pick on someone about a name you could at least get it right. It’s “Adventure Ocean” and despite its name it’s still a kids club.

That's what I meant. It is not a "kids club". That is some silly name that keeps getting passed on & on and everyone believes it.. cindivan Posted December 18, 2018 #8 Share Posted December 18, 2018 If possible have them go the first night. That is when a lot of kids meet up and form friendships and hang out on their own the rest of the cruise outside of structured activities. Especially for the 17yo.
