MAKINGWAVES Posted December 24, 2018 #1 Share Posted December 24, 2018 After looking at all the excursions on Carnival website, I found the one I wanted in Grand Cayman. I went to my booking to pull up the excursion and book it. It was not listed with the other Cayman excursions. Could this mean that it's already sold out? We sail 1-13-19. bury me at sea Posted December 24, 2018 #2 Share Posted December 24, 2018 I would guess it's more likely the excursion wasn't offered for your sailing. Generally I see sold out excursions still listed in My Cruise Manager, but with a "sold out" notification.
bakersdozen12 Posted December 24, 2018 #3 Share Posted December 24, 2018 Nope, sold out excursions still show up, but note the are sold out. Given how close you are to the sail date, it sounds like it’s simply not offered for your sailing, unfortunately.
Cruiserbarbie Posted December 25, 2018 #4 Share Posted December 25, 2018 I think there is a section entitled shore excursions for your cruise, so that might indicate whether it is available or not.
Moviela Posted December 25, 2018 #5 Share Posted December 25, 2018 When in doubt, call Carnival. Perhaps it is on the system but did not make the web page. Never hurts to ask. Your last chance is to immediately upon boarding to hit the excursion desk. If there is newly discovered availability you may be able to sign up. If you are still not signed up talk to the touts that are in the port. Many times they can set you up with a similar tour. Always ask if they can make it cheaper. They can. CRocks Posted December 25, 2018 #6 Share Posted December 25, 2018 If you've never done Stingray City in GC, consider it, thru Carnival or otherwise. Unforgettable experience!
