Time to have no-show port fees/taxes returned

Hi all, we had a no show for our cruise that returned on Dec 20.  How long should I expect to wait for a refund of port fees and taxes?

Do all lines always return this?  I have a reservation on Ncl that shows free for 3rd and 4th but does charge for port fees and taxes but if someone couldn’t make it and fees returned then seems risk free to book those spots even if unsure they will sail.
