This works on a laptop/desktop.  Not sure about phones or other devices:

Click on "Search" box in upper right.  In the pull down menu click on "More Options" box then the "Members" box on the next page.

 

Then click the magnifying glass in the search box (don't put in a specific username - unless you're looking for a specific member).  If you're looking for a specific member put the username in there.

 

Then click on the "Member Search" tab (right side) of the next page.  And the "Search Members" (lower right of box).  Give it a minute, there's a lot of us.

Thanks but I cannot get it to open up any of the names I am searching for.   Thanks for trying to help.

Not clear what is meant.

 

Member searches can take time. On the order of 15 or more seconds.

Thanks.  Does not matter how long I wait.   The search comes up with nothing.   Have tried multiple names.

Often I don't remember the username quite correctly so I've taken to just entering the first few letters (3 - 5) and searching through the results.

 

I've found that it is easier searching for a user in a post reply. Type @ then a letter. Wait for a user list to popup and keep typing until the user is found. Click on the name to put it in the post. To get to their profile, hover over the username (which should be white text on blue background).

As discussed in post #2 above...

 

Using the Search feature:

 

 

Then this will appear:

 

 

Click Find Content, then on the next screen to appear, click Posts under All Activity to see their posts. If you click Topics, you will see the list of threads they started.
