Has anybody done this and booked direct with the company and if so was transportation included or did you have to pay your own way and how much was fare?

We are going to be there in less than two weeks.  I set it up with the company and I have to do my own transportation.  She said the taxi is about $16 round trip, but before they drop us off, we'll need to make sure they will come back for us.
