As soin as you arrive at the pier you can give your luggage to a porter.  It will be delivered to your suite later.

I seriously, really hope posting the same question 3 times helps you figure out that your luggage is taken when you arrive at the port and hand it off to the porters who are there taking the luggage.... 😕

If you are staying in the technical Haven area of the ship your room is generally immediately accessible although not clean.  I prefer to just carry my bags in and drop them off in the room rather than wait for them to be delivered later.
