Finding UTV/ATV vendors at the port

A couple of us would like to do the ATV/UTV thing in Aruba, but I also want some beach time.   There is a Carnival excursion that does the ATV and then beach, but it is only 2 1/2 hours, and doesn't start until 12:30, when we get in at 9.     I'm wondering if there are reputable vendors where we can get a ATV/UTV at the port and arrange for going around the island and then hanging out at a beach?   I've always reserved ahead of time.   How does it work to get one of the vendors at the port?

We booked with Justin's ATV Rental and Tours.  We picked a private guide and two 4 wheelers for the day! However you can just book the ATVs!  You can Google them! We did have to pay an upfront deposit! Also our trip is not until April, so I do not yet have experience with this company in person, only emails!
