I agree, I don't think any or Royal's dry docks have redone all the staterooms.  However, they did do a large number of bathrooms on Vision class ships.

 

Navigator had all cabins touched, Adventure had most cabins touched. Mariner and Indy did not.   

 

Explorer has already had cabin refreshes not associated with an AMP.   Not sure if all cabins but my 4U interior with virtual balcony did in 2018.
