Booking Onboard Question

I'll be onboard next week and plan to book another cruise for me and a friend.  My future cruise buddy will not be with me this time so wondering what minimum information I'll need to book for her.  I'm assuming some information can be added/updated later.  Or is it easier to just book for me and call Celebrity later and add a passenger?  Are perks affected?  Anything else I should know?  Thanks for any input!

If I recall all you need is the Person's name, Date of Birth,  Gender, Citizenship, Captain's Club number (optional) contact phone and email.

You could also just book for 2 leaving the other blank and supply the information later.
