Galveston Parking Monday to Monday?

We are cruising on th Vision of the Seas on March 11. all of our usual parking spots are telling us they only park Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday. Anyone have any insight?

The weekend of the 9th-10th of March is the beginning of spring break for most Texas schools. I'd think most spots have already been reserved in the private garages. Would think you could find a spot in the places the port operates.

Just checked 3 of the cruise parking companies Lighthouse, EZ and Discount and all are showing reservations available for the Vision of the Seas sailing on March 11th.

The parking lots are open on the days ships are in port.
