3 1/2 hour wait to book NCL cruise. Are u kidding me?

The problem was with NCL. Someone else mentioned the Radiance, which would be an alternative to NCL.

We always book with a reputable travel agent. Leave it all up to her to make any last minute changes or other details.

They are understaffed. Every time I call, morning, noon, or night there are long holds. I've never waited that long though. Sometimes I just give up. At times I'm so frustrated with the long holds.

Who has the time/patience to wait 3 1/2 hours on the phone for anything? Well, Only thing I can think of is being guaranteed 1 million tax free dollars.😂😂😂

 

As far as cruise companies go hang up and try again later.
