Does NOLA terminal parking fill up?

We have FTTF, so we plan to arrive between 10:00-11:00 (based on what we've read here) but I was wondering what the chances are of the port parking actually filling up?  Would most previous cruisers be out of the garage by then?  

 

Are we arriving too early/late considering we have FTTF and want to park at the terminal?

We got there about 10:30 AM and there were tons of parking spaces.  I have heard of people getting there and they are directed to an overflow parking lot and are shuttled back to the port.
