Who is the current concierge on Escape?

Anyone know who the concierge, HD & butlers are on the Pearl?

Now there a surprise!!! - not. This was always going to happen when you look at where people like Errol have gone. Also look at the VP he is ex NCL. NCL have got a fair amount of problems replacing this grade of staff - I cite the issues with BA and public health earlier this year - this was down to lack of experience of senior crew in part. 

 

BTW Sue there are yet more surprises  to follow - watch this space!!

 

Well here we come HAL can not wait to sail with Papi, Musti, Errol and Melvyn again. Life is about the mosaic of people you meet (not the  metal you sail on )  and these are some of the best.

I cruised with Errol a few months ago!   Julian was also on board!  He was on NCL RM!   Errol presented me with my 100 day medallion onboard the Statendam!   Plus a big hug!   They are all going to make HAL a even better cruise line!   

 

Although going on Encore in Dec!

Thanks-  sadly we are approaching 600 days on NCL but that looks like it will now remain Great to hear about Errol love him now lets find out which Ship Papi turns up on - as far as we know not yet assigned  pure guess he wil be with Mustafa or Errol Julian good man too!!! but none better as RM than Noel Chavez and Melvyn Lobo

He was our Concierge  fall of 2018 on the Pearl. I really liked him. He was always on top of things and seemed to really care.

He was the concierge last year on Bliss to Alaska summer also. The only reason I would think he would not be there is he would go on vacation.  He loves the Bliss.

I understand almost all the officers and upper staff were send or will be, to the Encore.

However the latest list shows David still on the Bliss as Concierge.

Thank you for sharing! How was Mark as GM. He was great as Senior Food & Beverage on the Bliss last November. Also how was Roberto as CD.

 

Asking because I am sailing in 13 days

Many of Bliss officers are different from last year.  (Except Roland, he is still on Bliss)

Mark (Uncle Mark) was very friendly but, did not see him much around ship. Seems to be more of a "behind the scenes" type of manager.

Any issues we had onboard were handled by his secretary.

 Roberto was very good as CD. He has an accent and it is cute to hear him make daily announcements , with the joke of the day. Very enthusiastic and energetic.

We were the first cruise to see SIX. It is the new show onboard along with Jersey Boys.  It was really good.

Met a couple of times with Rohinton and Vikram about restaurant issues. They are both terrific. They actually did a follow up with me later in cruise.

Have a great cruise.

David is due to finish his contract 22 September but will be sailing again by December - on which ship though. He is the best along with Adrian Bica 

 

At present he is due to go back to Bliss BUT this may change

Patrick Berido is concierge until end of November. Still TBD who replaces him.

I heard Luz the cd has moved on to possibly the Sky.

Jeff Hernandez might be the replacement cd on the Gem.

Going on the Gem in October and I will post info on return. Luz is amazing and does a fabulous Tina turner tribute. So full of life. Going to miss her. I believe Jeff is new to being the CD.
