Prince/Princess Dinner Night

I have just read that on our cruise one of the dinners (besides Pirate Night) will be a Prince/Princess themed dinner. Therefore do people dress up for this too?  If so, need good ideas of what to pack that doesn't take up the whole suitcase for 2 boys (3 & 7) to wear!!!!!!  Thanks for any help!

Prince & Princess menu is a themed menu in the dining room.  Typically it's been on formal night, but it's been reported there's been a change.

 

In the past, on a 7 night cruise for example, each dining room would serve it's own signature menu for 3 nights, all dining rooms serve Pirate menu 1 night, and all dining rooms serve the  same "other" menu (Prince & Princess; Captain's Gala; Animation Magic) on the same night.  Thus each dining room would be serving 5 menus on a 7 night cruise.

 

It's recently been changed so that each dining room serves their signature menu for 3 nights, Pirate menu one night, and one of the "other" menus for 3 nights.  Thus each dining room only serves 3 menus during the course of the cruise.

 

The Prince & Princess menu is now being served only in Enchanted Garden on the Fantasy.  So it's not necessarily on your formal night.

 

All that said, you certainly may, or may not, dress up, as you wish.
