Rental Car from Long Beach to San Diego airport

Looking to rent a car after our cruise from Long Beach to San Diego airport.  Would need the car a few days in San Diego.  Any info would be most helpful.

Best to price shop on one of the major travel search sites.  My experience with one way rentals has been it just depends on time of the year, locations, etc.  Hertz has been my go to most of the time for O/W rentals.  You are lucky that you are going between two major locations so you should find plenty of options.  Also consider doing a O/W dropping it and picking up a local rental.  I did that a couple of times when keeping the O/W vehicle was too expensive to keep for the local drive.
