Symphony and Hairspray

Any chance RCCL will switch out Hairspray in March 2020?  We are interested in booking Symphony and saw Hairspray on Oasis in 2010 and Chicago on Allure in 2013 we were hoping to see something else.  For those that have seen Hairspray on Symphony & elsewhere can you comment on this statement that was made here on CC on the review of Symphony.

 

 Royal Caribbean has even brought back "Hairspray" by popular demand, giving the production a total refresh for a new (or returning) audience.

 None.  It won’t get switched until possibly her drydock in just over 4 years.

Just got off the Symphony last week.  Saw Hairspray, they have updated the show from Oasis.  Lot of new technology.   I did enjoyed the show again. but thought the last half hour was pushing it and not really necessary.

I’ve seen it on both Oasis and Symphony. I enjoyed the Oasis production more, perhaps because it was the first time.
