Maui at port

We are planning a snorkel trip while on port at Maui.  We were going to to do the one that NCL offered, but I wanted to see if there are any other better companies to use?  We have a family of 15 and of that 10 kids and all they want to see and swim with the turtles.  The price on the cruise excursion is high and includes a meal, which is nice but being on the cruise we do not need this.  Also, my mom is eldery will come with us but not snorkel, as she can't.  Any recommendations would be helpful.  Thank you!

This will depend on which part of the island your ship will be. You could post this question on the Maui TripAdvisor Forum as they have destination experts who either live on the island or have visited many times and are very helpful.

You can also try the booking company Adventure in Hawaii (adventureinhawaii.com). We've booked many excursions through them and it's been great (and cheaper than the cruise ship).
