Land, or Land & Sea?

Our group of 6 will only have ONE day  (8am-5pm)to see St. Lucia. We don't want to be rushed. One or more of us may be prone to car sickness and long bumpy car rides, but the others in our group want to see nature.birds up close. All of us want some swimming and/or beach time and we REALLY want to make it back to our Celebrity Ship in time.   Which type of tour to take? And which company?

The 2 tour companies you hear about the most are Cosol or Spencer Ambrose.  They both have a variety of tour options. I would suggested looking at those to start.
