 the Regal will dock at in March?

It is usually Puerta Maya terminal which is approx 3 miles south of downtown.

Sometimes they do dock downtown at Punta Langosta.

We have experienced them changing the day before.   Frustrating

Puerta Maya can handle three ships at a time.  All Carnival cruise lines use the port.  So if three other ships are in port, then any additional ships have to use the older Punta Langosta.  When we have been there, there have been 2 CCL ships and our Princess ship.
