bendo Posted February 19, 2019 #1 Share Posted February 19, 2019 Visiting on a Monday (4 adults and 2 teenagers). I am disappointed but will have to visit Beachlimerz another time. Do you know of another property that offers a similar experience? Thanks,

Anything else similar?? Similar to Beach Limerz would be Rum Bus a beach bar with a lively Caribbean vibe. But for a shabby chic class beach club vibe then it's Jacqui O's For both, best to book we'll in advance.

cruisin' soon Posted April 3, 2019 #9 Share Posted April 3, 2019 Looking at the Rum Bus website I didn't see anything about booking in advance...do you just email them and ask? Also, the prices are in Eastern Caribbean dollars - do we need to exchange money before going or do they also accept US dollars? Thanks!
Rare Vineyard View Posted April 3, 2019 #10 Share Posted April 3, 2019 Just an FYI - I checked with Gail about a Monday arrival that we have scheduled later this year and they will be open - so I guess this is not a weekly closed on Monday. Jey01 Posted April 30, 2019 #11 Share Posted April 30, 2019 Is the rum bus mostly a younger/trendy crowd? Can’t find a lot about it online. But the videos kind of give me that impression....I really like that they have the private little cabanas out of the sun.

This way you can pre-select your bed position and/or Cabana. Beds and Cabanas are limited, so it's a first come/booked basis. Prices are in ECD but they happily accept USD The young vibe videos are uploaded by the young, there is a good mix of ages, but it is for those who wish to have fun and engage. Addendum For those of a more genteel beach club persuasion should consider Jacqui O's, just a short walk along the beach from Rum Bus, if you don't find the Rum Bus vibe to your liking. Don't forget to book, they appreciate a potential guest who shows interest. Anyway, it's always good to talk. Enjoy
