Daniels Head Beach update

Vendors sought for this summer. I notice in the comments that some are skeptical because of the smell from a nearby farm.

We went there a few years ago and had a great time paddleboarding amongst some sea turtles. Beautiful calm water and close to the cruise ships. We took a funky “train” to get there. Did not notice a smell. Is that something new or maybe just depends on which way the winds are blowing?

 

I hope they are successful with the place!

 The trolley train does not go there anymore. The paddle board people were evicted. The smell problem began when a nearby dairy farm put in a dung pit a few years ago. It probably does depend on the way the wind blows or you visited before they had the pit. If you are interested I include a link to an article about the dairy farm.
