One of the benefits Cunard promote for those who do the complete world cruise is an exclusive lounge. Can anyone who has done the WC say what the lounge is like, when is it open, what is available in it. In short, is it any good. Thanks

I was on a WC segment but the segment was not long enough for me to be able to enjoy the "lounge" for the full WC.  They had a section of the Winter Garden sectioned off for that purpose.  There was a dedicated concierge person at a table and there were food and drinks available for them on tables.  Only saw a couple of people most of the time in that area.  Not sure of the hours sorry.

We were on the QV world cruise last year and it was setup the way alibacruisers described.  It was roped off from the rest of the Winter Garden and they did have coffee, tea and snacks at times.  We never used the services of the concierge (she was not there all the time and we never did work out her hours) but we heard others booking tours and asking general questions.

They provided information sheets (on a table) about the upcoming port of calls that had different/better information then what came with the daily program.  We always made sure we got those.

On the QM2 it might work differently, maybe someone else will chime in with that information.

On QM2 the world cruise lounge & world cruise Concierge is set up in the Atlantic room Fwd deck 11. Same sort of arrangements  as Cruise NH has mentioned.  A bit tucked out of the way, whilst the services of the concierge is useful,   not too sure why some people still  bother to sit around having a coffee etc, especially those guests in the Grills.
