Best dining option?

What are the different dining time options? Which would be best with kids and still being able to catch some shows at night?

With young children, I'd opt for early traditional (fixed) dining.  Usually 5:30pm to 6pm.

^^This.  We always dine later (usually with MTD) and it never fails...there will be one or two families with children coming in tired and hungry and the kids are miserable.  That then makes everyone at that table, and surrounding tables, miserable as the MDR is not a quick dinner.
