Would this be included in the SBP?

Definitely included in the SBP.    The price of a drink is based on the alcohol that is in it.   Look at the drink menus and pick your poison.   The extra goodies (mixers, fruit, soda) are all included.   Same for a drink that has 2 or more types of alcohol, such as a White Russian which contain vodka, kahlua and cream.   And for the ultimate drink, try a Wang-Wang, (or Weng-Weng) which contains 6 different kinds of alcohol, vodka, tequila, brandy, bourbon, scotch and rum.   That drink is included.

Same for call brands.  If you order a Vodka tonic, you get Smirnoff vodka.  If you order the same drink but specify Absolute, Ketel One or Grey Goose, the drink will be priced based on the cost of the alcohol as listed by Overhead Fred above.   And all of those vodkas are under $9 which would be included with the SBP.

Grey Goose is $8.50 and Ketel One is $8 according to recent bar menus (5/25/18) on Roger Jett's website. Belvedere or Chopin ($10.25 each) would put you over the limit however.

What about Titos?

Titos is not on the above SBP spirits list and may not even be available in the bars and most likely not included in the SBP. I live in Texas and we use Titos and a few other Texas made brands, but Skyy Vodka which is included in the SBP is just as good as Titos.

Although I have enjoyed this drink several times, bartenders are routinely telling passengers that they are not allowed to make it any more.
