Not a particularly huge savings, but newegg is offering $200 gift cards for $185. I bought 2 and applied them to my cruise balance.

thanks. i missed this last time they did it because they sold out.  scooped up a couple this time.  hopefully, they'll do this once a month. even saving 30 bucks a month adds up after a while

We sail on Freedom next week.  I only ordered one gift card, since our cruise is fully paid for.  Appreciate this information for sure!!!

if you go to AARP website they have $100 gift cards for $90 or $500 for $450

  Usually, but it seems like right now they are in that "hard to get mode"... so if you need some savings this is better than nothing :-)

I've done both newegg and AARP. Newegg is definitely easier in that you do it all from your computer in a matter of hours. The AARP ones do save a bit more money but you have to wait for them to be in stock and then to be delivered to your house. And you may have to sign for them depending on the amount so that adds another level of coordination to getting the savings.

i feel like they offer them once a month or so.  I'd suggest signing up for their flash alerts and keep an eye open for them. they will come around again.

I managed to get one. I thought it was a glitch because it still said limit 2. But by the time I went back to try to re-order, it was gone.

A couple of weeks ago we were trying to load up and they were out of both 100's and 500's for several days. We called and found out they usually have more available at the beginning of each week. Sure, enough, Monday morning, they were back.

Well, I tried again and got some!  I got $600 worth so that saved $90.  That's something!!

How did you save $90 on 3 $200 cards? It was only $15 savings on each card. That is $45 I would think.

Just tried to get some and they are gone.  =(. I knew I should have done it from work when I first read the post.  I signed up to get their emails.  Maybe I'll catch it next time.
