Valleta Hop on Hop off buses

WE are visiting Valleta in April and notice there are two routes for the hop on hop off buses, one going north the other south, red and blue.Has anyone got a view on which is the best  route bus to take?

We only did the red.  Our ticket also included(in small letters on the back) a harbour tour.  We did this.   We enjoyed Malta so much that we returned the following year for a ten day stay.
