Port Klang in 6 hours

Cruising with Royal, is this enough time to visit Batu Caves? Anything else out there?

We recently docked with Holland America and booked a tour to Kuala Lumpur, two hours away.  We could also have paid for a shuttle bus to a nearby shopping mall.

The cruise terminal has shopping upstairs.

Six hours is probably not enough time to visit the Batu Caves.

We took the shuttle to Port Klang shopping mall, some good (cheap) shopping to be had.

The dock is on private land and as such they have a monopoly there, set fees for all transport. It is a set fee $14 pp return, all the taxis are also a set fee so don't think you can do it better (there were four of us). It is around 20mins each way, the mall opens at 10am (no use going earlier).

In my opinion the long drive to see the Batu Caves and nothing else of KL is not worth it. If you had longer in port to combine it with other places in the city then fine.
