Bakery - St. Kitts

If you have been to St. Kitts within the past couple years and eaten or seen The Gallery Cafe, was it worth checking out?  I understand it is a bakery as well.  I am looking for a good bakery in St. Kitts.  If you know of another bakery, please give me the name.

 

If St. Kitts has a grocery store close to the port and you have checked it out, does it have good pastry there?

We took a tour with MyIslands Tours by Javin in February and he supplied us with lunch and desserts from a bakery in St Kitts—I believe he said it was called Island Bakery. Everything was delicious!

A big yes for TGC?  Spend a tranquil hour in the garden taking coffee, savoury and sweet treats.  Then treat yourself to one (or more) of Rosey's pieces, a delight to the eyes and senses.  A long lasting memory of the Islands.

TGC = The Gallery Cafe

Think the Island Bakery must be in the Town of Basseterre outside the Port area, as this is where the greatest potential for low value, high volume, sales are.

Suggest you contact the StKits Tourist Board, who will definitely know.
