In port from 9 to 11. What to do with 14 hours?

We have a change in our itinerary.  They changed us from being in port from 8 to 4 to 9 to 11.  Trying to figure out if there is enough to do here.  Unfortunately they cut our hours in Aruba from 9 to 11 to 8 to 4.  Not too happy with the switch of times. 

What to do with so much time in Bonaire.  Since this is 2 years away and we just booked recently, we are trying to decide if we should switch to another cruise.  I keep reading Bonaire is great for snorkeling but not much else. Can't snorkel for 14 hours.
