Water park in Cabo, PV or Mazatlan?

Does anyone know if there is a water park or hotel with a fun kids area in Cabo, PV or Mazatlan? Our cruise isn’t for a year but this would be my first choice for our group of 15 kids and adults. I am trying to find something that is kids oriented and we have two children that wouldn’t be tall enough to zip line. We went to the Caribbean a few years ago and it seemed like there were many more choices for excursions and things to do, especially kid friendly options. Thanks for your help.

Puerto Vallarta has 2 waterparks, however both are not in Puerto Vallarta but in Nuevo Vallarta, about a 20 minutes drive by car.

There is a localbus that comes near the parks, it leaves from across the cruiseterminal, in front of Walmart. I donot know the exact fare, it might be around Pesos 15 per person per ride. However with such a group you better try and get 2 taxivans.

On the way back the park can phone for transportation for you. Cabs from Vallarta cannot pickup passengers there.

Always make your pice for the cabs before entering. Most drivers will accept US$, noit always at a great exchange rate however.

I have no personal experience but hear nice reviews about the parks.

We are planning Wibit waterpark in Bucerias for our June cruise. I read you can take a bus by Walmart in PV and takes about 45 min to get to Bucerias. The waterpark is around $20 pp for an hour or $40 all day from what I've found.

You are aware that waterpark is right in the water of the bay? You need to swim to get to it so in case you have small children I am not so sure they will like that.

Kids are 18 and 12..you think they will like it? They are both excellent swimmers.

The 12 year old for sure, maybe not the 18 year old. But of course you know him better.
