Current bar menu's?

I went to such lengths to keep the feet out of the shots for the first few photos (which is why there is so much of the table showing at the top of the photos LOL).  Boy, did I regret not getting my toes painted for that cruise!

I had posted the photos on another thread (I've forgotten which one which is why I posted them on here again) which is where the subject of the shoes originally came up!  (Thanks, @MarkusToe  - an apt name given the subject).

Were they from Divina or Armonia?

They're from Armonia;  they'd be the general, comprehensive bar menus for US sailings.  There are also different specialist bars (such as the Champagne Bar, for example) on the ships that have drinks other than these ... and not all bars carry the full range.

Hi Bea

Thanks for posting these bar menus. We are seasoned Costa cruisers going on MSC Seaside in June and the drinks package info is really welcome. We thought about getting wine packages and the odd cocktail on board but it looks as if it would be better to go for the premium package. We have been spoilt with the Costa packages and actually find these quite expensive.

Do you know whether the OBC can go towards paying for the drinks package?

Apologies to OP for high jacking your post.

Hi Riana ... the menus on Seaview will be slightly different - the prices will be in Euros and the drinks packages are cheaper, too!  Premium is €39 pppd (it's $62 on US-based sailings!).

You can use OBC to purchase drinks packages.  Just be aware that you would have to wait 'til onboard to buy the package, which will incur a 15% service charge that can be avoided if bought before sailing (you can't offset OBC against pre-purchases).

Hi Bea

Thanks for the info. We might buy from the TA as we also have a credit with her and book shuttles or something with the rest of the OBC.

Riana

You can also use the OBC against the Daily Service Charge (which will be €10 pppd on your cruise).

We currently have an excellent promotion going on in the UK - don't know if it's available elsewhere. If you book a balcony cabin, you get the premium package included ('get more, get all' promotion). Nice bonus for our cruise from Miami in January! 🙂

That promotion is for Winter 2019/2020 season sailings, so won't be relevant to Riana (ailcat58) as she's on Seaview this Summer season.

So to calculate the price on drink package on the Seaview in the Med, booked on US site, do I just convert the USD to euro?  If  not how do I find prices for the Med cruise drink packages?  Thx

The US site is only quoting prices for US-based sailings, I see (unless they're charging the same prices for Med cruises, too, which is highly unlikely, given the difference in prices - especially for Premium and Prem+).  There's no point in consulting the "current" online brochure, either, as, according to the site, it was last updated in July last year!!  The new packages weren't introduced until November (and they're not included in the "current" UK brochure, either).

Doing a conversion calculation will give you a ball-park figure, but it's probably best to contact MSC directly and inquire there.  I haven't seen the prices in US$ on here, yet, for sailings where the onboard currency is Euros.  If you book onboard, obviously you'll be charged in Euros and will be at the mercy of the exchange rate at that time (as well as having to pay the 15% service charge).

I would have thought, if you are booking a med cruise through the US site,  then you'll book your package also through the US site, and you'll pay for everything in US dollars.
