Celebrity Equniox Murano Must-Haves

This might be too specific for this sub-forum, but I thought I would give it a shot. My party and I will be eating dinner at Murano on the Celebrity Equinox for the first night of our upcoming cruise. As always, I am undecided about what to order!  What are some of your favorite menu items -- or your "must-haves" -- in Murano? I have seem some older posts on this topic, but some menu items have changed, and controversy re: warm water and cold water lobster have contributed to my indecisiveness. One of Murano's signature dishes is a flambéed warm water lobster tail, but discussions about the taste of warm water lobster have turned me off a bit.

What do you love to order at Murano? No restrictions: I am a lover of all good food, and my motto is to try everything at least once in life. I am also lucky to have no dietary restrictions, like allergies or specific food intolerance. I value taste/flavor and uniqueness--so anything that Murano does the best in terms of quality and rarity would make my first night super special (can you tell I have been looking forward to this cruise for a while? 😉).

Thanks, everyone, and I look forwarded to reading everyone's recommendations!

Edited to add: I did find this informative and recent thread on this topic, if that helps: Specialty Restaurant and Other Venues Favourite Items

I wouldn't personally bother with the lobster.  For all the reasons on the "Lobster controversy" thread.  Its warm water not cold so inherently not as tasty.  I love lobster and can do better myself at home.  I'm also not a fan of the table side service.  I will confess to not being overly keen on the Murano's menu at all but if going because the group wants to (which happens at least once a cruise)  I always hope for someone to share the Chateaubriand with.  Failing that the Duck Breast.  To me the highlight for Murano's is the cheese.  If you are able to access Luminae and are very nice to the Matire D they will sometimes sneak you a plate!

My favorites at Murano are the lobster bisque, spinach salad, 20181015_183043.thumb.jpg.4c8d1117956517ba0f5125912705bd11.jpgPeekytoe crab parfait, 20181015_183058.thumb.jpg.90cc38e20ea144a166c7e1073a2d5134.jpgchateaubriand prepared tableside (which you can order for one, but it's too much), 20181015_184613.thumb.jpg.79815d48c440a70189864135d113b952.jpg20181015_185012.thumb.jpg.d7c1198d54cee415b741273d7f2083cf.jpg

strawberry balloon crepe, and the Grand Marnier souffle. I agree with GastroGnome about the lobster. It's rich and heavily sauced.

Here are some Murano desserts:20181020_200931.thumb.jpg.425793942e81857aa445eddf7b163c43.jpg20181020_184149.thumb.jpg.c176863544e11583f643cfe75175b067.jpg20181020_201347.thumb.jpg.9e4321cc1ac8f567088a07794b4d5b6a.jpg

Though I thought the Chateaubriand I swiped from DH was very good,  I was rather disappointed in my lobster and other selections.  Except for the aforementioned beef DH was in agreement.  And their fee is nearly double the other cruise lines' specialty restaurants.
