It appears they reconfigured the kart track to be more like Bliss (more curves)...

That sounds like good news.  I had read that the track on Joy was smaller vs. Bliss.  I wonder if it's now the same size?

Smoke tank and Skyline Bar...

Thanks so much for taking us along with you and Sue. We booked the Bliss after your awesome T/A  review. We’re already booked on the Joy (5/25) but your pics are upping the excitement level!  My husband is especially glad about the separate smoking area in the casino. It was awesome to not smell like an ashtray after spending time in the Bliss casino.

So many great pictures!

Doug thanks  for doing the heavy lifting, the ones that were supposed to be posting on Instagram are pretty much MIA.

Hope you run into Heidi🍺

Could you please take some pictures if you can, when you sail under The Lion's Gate Bridge.  From your perspective, it should really be something.  Would be interesting to know how much clearance you will have.

Approaching now.  If we don’t have enough clearance, this guy will be the first to know...

I wonder what is worse:

Sailing under the Verrazzano-Narrows bridge in New York or the Lion Gate bridge in Vancouver?

I don't think RCL's Quantum ships need to wait for low tide to sail under the Verrazzano but I believe low tide IS needed for Bliss and Joy going under the Lion's Gate.

A quick search shows the Verrazzano has a 228' clearance while Lion's Gate has a 200' clearance.  RCL had to install a retracting funnel on Oasis in order to clear the bridge in NY though.

I understand this is adults only? Any idea what the pass costs to Vibe? Would it even be worth it to Alaska since it’s out in the open air when you can go to Spice H2O free?

I think it’ll be a tough sell for Alaska.  Spice is pretty damn cool on this ship.

The Bridge of The Americas (Panama Canal) would be about as bad as The Lion's Gate Bridge.

The two covered upper-sundeck areas (one on each side)...

i think it would of been better if they added some tables next to those regular chairs. that is like the only thing missing.
