Solstice: Do all showerheads come off in all staterooms? (reason: toddler)

we have a 3 yr old and she is terrified of spraying water on her face/head. we booked an interior stateroom so i want know if the showerheads are fixated at the top, or can be taken off?

They are fixed on Solstice.  Why they changed from hand-held to fixed is beyond me.

what about the handicap/accessibility rooms? Do they have LOWER showerheads then?

Sorry, can't answer that.  Have never sailed in one.

Have you ever just used a sock secured with a heavy rubber band over the shower head?  The water will still come out but will not spray.

Some parents recommend a small inflatable pool to be used in the shower, easy to empty after baby's bath.
